Further, it’s operations are confined with in India. Accordingly, there are no separate reportable segment as per Accounting Standard - 17 on ‘Segment Reporting‘ and no further disclosures are required. NOTE 37 During the year, the Company has not entered into any transaction in nature of loans and advances which falls within the purview of clause 32 of listing agreement. NOTE 38 Figures for previous year have been regrouped | reclassified | rearranged wherever necessary to make them comparable to those for the current year.
