It is the apex trust through which all CSR initiatives of the Company are undertaken. 3.5.2 Atul Rural Development Fund (Atul, Gujarat): Established in 1978, ARDF implements projects for upliftment of the marginalised sections of the communities. 3.6 Confirmation of compliance The CSR Committee confirms that the implementation and monitoring of the CSR Policy is in compliance with its objectives and policy of the Company.
