Amal Ltd | Annual Report 2020-21 11.7 The Scrutiniser will within a period not exceeding three working days from the conclusion of the e-voting period unblock the votes in the presence of at least two witnesses not in the employment of the Company andmake a Scrutiniser’s Report of the votes cast in favour or against, if any, and forward it to the Chairman of the Company. 11.8 The results will be declared at or after the AGM. The results declared along with the Scrutiniser’s Report will be placed onwww.amal.co.in, the website of the Company and onwww.evotingindia.com the website of CDSL within two days of passing of the resolutions at the AGM and also will be communicated to the BSE Ltd. 12. He is a Member of the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board. Mr Thirukonda has 36 years of experience in various capacities and is currently the Whole-time Director and the Chief Financial Officer in Atul Ltd. Mr Thirukonda holds a degree in Science from University of Madras and a postgraduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
