59 11.14. SPANJ & Associates, has been appointed as the Scrutiniser to scrutinise the remote e-voting and the voting process at the AGM in a fair and transparent manner. 11.15. The Scrutiniser will within a period not exceeding three working days from the conclusion of the e-voting period unblock the votes in the presence of at least two witnesses not in the employment of the Company and make a Scrutiniser’s Report of the votes cast in favour or against, if any, and forward it to the Chairman of the Company. 11.16. The results will be declared at or after the AGM.
