Ms Desai is a Partner at Bansi S Mehta & Co and formerly served as the Chairman of the Western India Region of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She holds a graduate degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr Venkatraman Srinivasan is a Director of the Company since February 2024. He had previously served as a member of the Depositor Education and Awareness Fund established by the Reserve Bank of India and as a co-opted member of Expert Advisory Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
